There’s a reason why, in tabletop gaming, Battletech’s death from above attack is referred to as the “damned fool attack.” In this case, it’s not so much that everybody now has a valid firing solution on you, but because anyone still in contact with the ground can influence your flight. I happen to know from real world examples (thankfully, not first hand) that an impact like that goes directly to your spine, regardless of what you’re wearing on your head.

 

Still learning to shade all of that black, keeping it distinct from all the other shaded parts, and not losing all the detail.
