Quantum Rip

This was an attempt at what I have in mind for the Traveler base, this time through. The scale on this is way too big.  This is skyscraper sized, I’d like to keep it to no more than five stories tall. Even that’s probably pushing it. The cut out in the cliff face is intentionally smooth. my current idea is that the stone has been inter-dimensionally phased out.

This is yet another one of my efforts to figure out my pencil shading techniques. I processed it a little differently in Paint Shop Pro. It seemed to work better on this one, than what I’ve been using. It also brings out a lot of the flaws. I really need to learn to draw pine trees…. Mind you, landscapes are one of my weaknesses. Along with backgrounds, proportion, perspective….

What damn fool let me have pencils in the first place!?
